This is a first-of-its-kind, AI-powered training initiative focused on creating psychologically safe, inclusive workplaces in the construction industry.

The WHS Act (April 2023) places a legal obligation on employers to eliminate or reduce psychhosocial hazards.
Regulators are already issuing notices and penalties for non-compliance.
Regulators wellbeing and productivity are now strategic imperatives, not HR initiatives.
