This is a first-of-its-kind, AI-powered training initiative focused on creating psychologically safe, inclusive workplaces in the construction industry.

What Is the Program?

A targeted, CSQ-funded initiative to tackle some of the industry’s biggest cultural challenges:

- Sexual Harassment

- Bullying

- Intimidation

- Discrimination

- Inequity

Delivered via cutting-edge AI adaptive learning technology, the program personalises training to every learner, from apprentices to executive leadership and ensuring everyone achieves 100% competency.

It’s not just about ticking boxes. It’s about shifting mindsets, improving retention, and creating workplaces where everyone can thrive.
