  • Know what personal information we hold about you

How to Request Deletion of Your Data

The process is straightforward. Follow these steps:

1
Send us an email
Email hello@epicservices.group with the subject line: Data Deletion Request

2
Include your details
Provide your full name and the email address associated with your records. If you signed up under a different email address, include that too. This helps us locate your data accurately.

3
We confirm receipt
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and may ask for verification of identity before proceeding.

4
We complete the deletion
Where permitted by law, your personal data will be deleted from our systems within 30 calendar days of verification. We will confirm in writing when this is done.

What We Can and Cannot Delete

We will delete all personal data we are legally permitted to remove. Some records must be retained under Australian law regardless of your request. The table below sets this out clearly.

Data Type Deletion Reason
Contact form submissions and enquiry records Can delete No legal requirement to retain after resolution
Email marketing subscription and history Can delete Unsubscribe and purge from Zoho Campaigns
CRM contact and communications records Can delete Removed from Zoho CRM upon verified request
Event registration details Can delete Removed after the event’s retention window closes
Financial and invoicing records Cannot delete Required under the Corporations Act 2001 and ATO obligations (minimum 7 years)
Records relevant to an active legal matter or complaint Cannot delete Must be retained until the matter is resolved
Anonymised, non-identifiable analytics data Cannot delete Does not constitute personal information once anonymised

If any data cannot be deleted, we will tell you why and for how long it must be retained.

Just Want to Unsubscribe?

If you only want to stop receiving emails from us, the quickest way is to click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we have sent you. This removes you from our mailing list immediately without a formal deletion request.

Response Timelines

  • Acknowledgement: within 2 business days
  • Identity verification (if required): completed within 5 business days of your response
  • Deletion completed: within 30 calendar days of verification
  • Written confirmation: sent to your nominated email address upon completion

If your request is complex or involves a large volume of data, we may extend this period by up to an additional 30 days. We will notify you if this applies.
