Terms and Conditions for The EPIC Experience
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in The EPIC Experience
(the “Program”) offered by Empowering People In Construction (“Company”). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to
comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility and Enrollment:
- To be eligible for the Program, you must be at least 18 years of age.
- You can enroll in the Program by completing the registration process on the Company’s website and providing the necessary information.
- The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any enrollment at its sole discretion.
Membership Fee:
- The Program is based on a monthly/yearly membership fee, dependant on the option selected at the registration process.
- The membership fee is non-refundable and will be automatically charged to the payment method provided during registration each month until you cancel your membership.
Program Description:
- The Program includes group coaching and mentoring sessions, accountability groups, access to resources (e.g., documents, templates, videos), and access to an online community (e.g., forum, social media group).
- The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide the services described in the Program. However, the Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the Program at its discretion without notice.
Billing and Payment:
- By enrolling in the Program, you authorize the Company to charge the membership fee to your chosen payment method on a monthly/yearly basis.
- If the Company is unable to charge your payment method, your access to the Program may be suspended until the outstanding payment is settled.
- All fees are in AUD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
Cancellation and Refunds:
- You may cancel your membership at any time by providing the Company with a minimum of 30 days’ notice before your cancellation takes effect.
- The membership fee is non-refundable. Upon cancellation, you will not be entitled to any refunds or prorated refunds for any unused portion of your membership.
- If you cancel your membership before the 30-day notice period has passed, you will still be charged for the next billing cycle. After the 30-day notice period, your access to the Program will be terminated, and you will not be billed further.
Confidentiality and Privacy:
- You may have access to confidential information as part of the Program. You agree to keep all such information confidential and not disclose it to third parties.
- The Company’s use of your personal information is subject to its Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Company’s website.
Intellectual Property:
- All materials, content, and resources provided as part of the Program are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by copyright and other laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials and content for your personal and non-commercial use only.
Code of Conduct:
- You agree to abide by a code of conduct while participating in the Program. This includes respecting other participants, refraining from inappropriate behaviour, and complying with any community guidelines provided by the Company.
Termination:
- The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Program at its sole discretion if you violate these Terms or the code of conduct, without any obligation for refunds.
Changes to Terms:
- The Company may update or modify these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided on the Company’s website, and your continued participation in the Program after such changes constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law:
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales.
